Since becoming licensed in 2020, I’ve helped more than 95 clients buy and sell homes across southern Ohio and have closed more than $21.5 million in real estate sales. I work with sellers, first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizing sellers, new construction buyers, and clients who are buying and selling at the same time.
My approach is built around honest communication, smart strategy, and steady guidance from the first conversation to closing day. For sellers, that means helping prepare the home for the market, position it with thoughtful pricing and presentation, review offers, and negotiate inspection requests. For buyers, it means helping them understand the market, make confident decisions, and stay organized through showings, financing, inspections, appraisals, and closing.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients through transitions that require timing, planning, and trust — whether that’s selling a home filled with memories, buying a first home, moving up, downsizing, building new construction, or coordinating a sale and purchase at the same time. My goal is to make the process feel clear, informed, and well supported at every step.
My work has been recognized through the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club Award of Achievement, the Clinton County Board of REALTORS® Award of Distinction, the Cincinnati MLS Circle of Excellence, and a 2025 company ranking in the top 10% of agents. I’ve also earned 28 five-star Testimonial Tree reviews from clients who describe me as honest, responsive, hardworking, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely invested in their goals.
Outside of real estate, I stay actively involved in the Wilmington and Clinton County community through the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Wilmington Hurricane Youth Football Program board, and local youth sports.
